Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your nearest authorized courier drop-off point and retain your proof of postage until your refund is processed.
